Gartmore House Holiday Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The Gartmore House Crafting Holiday Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to legal residents of the UK aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Gartmore House and its subsidiaries or affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
Entry Period: Entries before 31st October 2023.
The Competition opens on 11 September 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023 at midnight. All entries must be received within this period.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit an online entry form at https://gartmorehouse.com/WIexclusive providing name, email address, postal address in addition to course preference. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize:
The prize consists of a crafting holiday for two (2) people, including accommodation at Gartmore House in an en-suite twin room and includes all meals, crafting materials, and transfers from Stirling train station. The total approximate retail value of the prize is approximately £1,800. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
The winner:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the end of the Entry Period. If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be chosen.
Publicity:
By participating in the Competition, entrants grant Gartmore House the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
Gartmore House reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control. ‘By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Gartmore House which are final and binding in all respects. Gartmore House is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur. Participants will be automatically entered to the Gartmore House email list. The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Gartmore House's privacy policy.
