About The Course

If you have ever looked at our course calendar and found it impossible to choose just one craft, we’ve designed this week specifically for you. At Gartmore House, our retreats usually focus on a single skill for the duration of your stay. However, from the 2nd – 7th of August, we are opening up our studios for a brand-new concept: Four crafts in one week.
This is your chance to trade the "deep dive" for a "discovery tour." Over four days, you will rotate through four distinct creative disciplines, learning a new skill every day. You’ll spend time binding your own journals, exploring the tactile world of felting, capturing the Trossachs landscape in watercolour, and designing your own bespoke jewellery.
It’s the same Gartmore House experience you know - the historic Highland setting, the peace of the estate, and our famous home cooking - just with far more variety packed into your stay. We are really excited to see how this new format works, and we’d love for you to be part of the first group to try it.
As a special thank you for joining us for this debut week, you can use the code TASTER26 at checkout to receive 10% off your booking.
Spaces are limited for this first-ever taster session - come and find your new favourite hobby.
